If you are unsure whether you would benefit please feel free to ring or e-mail for advice. Your injuries, aches and pains are best resolved by having early treatment. Contact us at the onset of your problems and we can help you return to full function in the quickest possible time. Most conditions can be treated and resolved faster the earlier you come in. Long-standing problems often require more treatment than those diagnosed and treated early.

Home Exercise Programme

Following a detailed examination we will prescribe specific exercises or self-treatment techniques in the form of a home exercise programme. This will be tailored to your individual needs. It may include core stability training, muscle imbalance correction, specific stretching techniques or various others. We may also give you ergonomic advice regarding certain positions and activities which may be affecting your condition. To back up the treatment given in clinic, the home exercise programme will be given to further enhance the treatment effects.
